So I have learned a very important lesson today! There is no way that I can effectively start running at 8 o'clock at night. As I'm running tonight, I realize that I didn't get much sleep last night (very tired) and I only ate once today (nothing like pizza jumping rope in your stomach while running). This obviously is not going to help me gain mileage. Lesson learned, I promise! By the way, I took the day off of running yesterday. I was a little sore and super busy. The goal is not to kill myself in the beginning. :) I am not a blogger and will not blog on days of inactivity. Now, to get to the disappointing portion of this day...
I ran for 2 miles burning 315 cals for a total of 24 minutes. again, lesson learned. I will do whatever possible to make sure that I wake up early to run. Rather than waiting until the end of the day!
